Lots of applications, a few simple needs
Washrooms in commercial premises, such as airports, football stadia and places of worship, welcome the widest variety of people. As a minimum requirement facilities must look attractive and perform reliably, particularly as a large body of research, including Rada's own, confirms that washrooms play a key role in creating a favourable impression for staff, customers and visitors.
Meeting regulations without looking 'regulation'
Washrooms also have to impress the regulators and meet today's tough sustainability targets. For example, limiting water consumption is often a key contributor to securing regulatory compliance, and in partnership with Rada this can be achieved with solutions such as low flow WCs, or water saving taps and urinals. There's also building regulations and architectural design to consider, requiring washrooms to be accessible and usable by the less able.
