We value transparency, and with our first Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, we aim to showcase the progress we have made and illustrate our plans to further embed sustainability into our daily business operations and beyond.

Our commitment to long term sustainability

Better lives

We take our responsibility for the impact we have on people seriously – and providing better lives for everyone is at the heart of our sustainability goals. It shapes how we engage with communities, embedding diversity, equity and inclusion in our business, and realising our circular economy ambition.

Better workplace

Innovation doesn’t just happen, it comes from great people being inspired to do better.  Rada’s people are all driven by a common cause; a desire to improve people’s lives and ensure the safety of everyone that comes into contact with our products.

Its not just customers and end users that Rada staff keep in mind. The team play an active role in helping good causes, locally and globally.

Better Planet

Our centenary in 2021 wasn’t simply a celebration of the past. It marked a new commitment to the future. From reducing water usage in our product testing stage, to removing single-use plastic in packaging – it’s our aim to reduce the environmental impact at every stage of our product life cycle.

Better Communities

Our charity work, volunteering initiatives and local sports club sponsorships aim to improve the lives of those around us. But alongside this support, there is careful stewardship: the recognition of our impact on the local community is built into every business decision we make.
